This is a larger footprint range of industrial print & apply labelling systems, designed for the most industrial applications.
Designed for high throughput pallet labelling production lines of up to 120 pallets per hour in standard format and 240 pallets per hour in DK (Double head) format.
The new Logopak 920 range is Ethernet compatible and has remote dial-in and "Email out" service warning facilities.
A standard printhead width of 216mm /12 dot, with a full 800M linear label reel holder and an equivalent 800M thermal ribbon reel is supplied allowing 3,000 A5 labels to be held on each reel for extended production between consumable change.
A 12 dots per mm print head gives the clearest graphic capability even down to the smallest font size.
Integrated bar code scanning, internal heating, alarm poles, and door and applicator interlocks are all standard items, designed to allow integration to most pallet production lines.
High speed, single stop, three face, extended arm, double stacked and raising height models are all available as standard within the expanded 920 range today which has well over 300 installations running in the UK alone and over 3,000 in Europe.
Ethernet communications are standard as are potential free I/O signals and RS 232 if required, and a wide range of applicator types are easily fitted to the unit to allow labels to be applied on all faces of the product.
A separate controller is supplied with a full touch screen operator display.
