A new compact cost effective print & apply pallet labelling machine, developed to suit a broad range of applications as standard.
Sharing components with the Logopak 400 and 500 ranges, the Logopak 800 has the facility to monitor its own performance, reducing downtime, maintenance costs and increasing labelling efficiency in what is normally an "operator free zone".
Fitted with a print-head of 160mm width and a label and web capacity of 160mm in total, the Logopak 800 has the capacity for thermal or thermal transfer printing at speeds of up to 75 / 80 pallets per hour with two A5 labels to GS1 specifications of adjacent sides on automated pallet production lines.
A 12 dots per mm print head gives the clearest graphic capability even down to the smallest font size.
Offering a smaller footprint, fewer components, and the ability to handle most IT functions the Logopak 800 pallet labeller is as reliable as its big brother the 920.
A label unwind capacity of 350mm allows for 600 meters of label web (2,500 pallet labels / 1250 pallets) and a similar length of thermal ribbon to ensure that any downtime for consumable change is kept to the minimum and line efficiencies to the maximum.
Integrated bar code scanning, internal heating, alarm poles, and door and applicator interlocks are all standard items, designed to allow integration to most pallet production lines.
Ethernet communications are standard as are potential free I/O signals and RS 232 if required, and a wide range of applicator types are easily fitted to the unit to allow labels to be applied on all faces of the product.
A separate controller is supplied with a full touch screen operator display.
