Full size high-speed industrial print & apply Labellers.
This is a larger footprint print and apply labelling system designed for higher speed production lines that require the optimum reliability and performance.
Fitted with a print-head of 155 mm width and a label and web capacity of 160mm in total, the Logopak 515 has the capacity for thermal or thermal transfer printing at speeds of up to 100 packs per minute on automated production lines.
A 12 dots per mm print head gives the clearest graphic capability even down to the smallest font size and allows the printing of EAN 128 bar codes of AI (01) and (15) or (17) at the required magnification on case and tray labels.
Designed to be very simple to operate and maintain the 500 is easily serviced and has a removable thermal transfer foil cassette unit and single lever print-head changeover.
With over 400 installed in the UK since 2006 the Logopak 515 is a proven reliable and extremely efficient Labelling system.
A label unwind capacity of 350mm allows for 600 meters of label web and a similar length of thermal ribbon to ensure that any downtime for consumable change is kept to the minimum and line efficiencies to the maximum.
Ethernet communications are standard as are potential free I/O signals and RS 232 if required, and a wide range of applicator types are easily fitted to the unit to allow labels to be applied on all faces of the product.
A separate controller is supplied with a full touch screen operator display.
