Compact, industrial print & apply Labellers.
This is a compact print and apply labelling system with an extremely small footprint, ideal for integration into packaging machinery and for low to medium speed production lines where print and apply labelling at up to 40 to 50 packs per minute are required.
Fitted with a printhead of 107mm width and a label and web capacity of 115mm in total, the 400 has the capacity for thermal or thermal transfer printing.
A 12 dots per mm print head gives the clearest graphic capability even down to the smallest font size.
Designed to be totally simple to operate and maintain the 400 is fitted with a single Allen screw (hexagonal screw) which, when loosened allows the labelling head to be split into to components and with the working parts open for quick maintenance, service or cleaning.
A label unwind capacity of 250mm allows for 300 meters of label web and a similar length of thermal ribbon to ensure that any downtime for consumable change is kept to the minimum and line efficiencies to the maximum.
Ethernet communications are standard as are potential free I/O signals and RS 232 if required, and a wide range of applicator types are easily fitted to the unit to allow labels to be applied on all faces of the product. A separate controller is supplied with a full touch screen operator display.
